Fred Thompson Has Cancer

So Fred! announced today that he has cancer. The good news is, that as bad as having cancer is, this is a very manageable cancer, and he has suffered no ill-effects since his diagnosis.

He has even gone as far to say that he wouldn’t of known he had it, had the doctor not found it.

So, if the medical professionals say that this is no big deal, and that Fred is medically capable of performing the duties of the office of the Presidency, then it’s no big deal to me.

Fred is already doing some fourteen hour days between his Law & Order job, and his job in Washington. I doubt his schedule will get any lighter, but I don’t think that it could be THAT much worse.

So best wishes to you Senator Thompson, may your health continue to be everything that it can be. I’ll look forward to you announcing your candidacy.

Until you decide what you are going to do, I’m keeping my “powder dry”.
