Isn’t it obvious? The person pictured has had a sex change, and it involved a transplant from a non-citizen. Given its treatment, I’m not surprise that it’s angry!
I’ve been following the response to this picture for some time now, and I’m amazed nobody has figured out the meaning. Obviously her vagina is angry because nobody thought to ascertain how her loony bun is doing.
