It Is The Heat… There Is No Humidity

It’s the middle of May… and it was 106F degrees today. That’s 41C for you non-US folks. No matter you spell it, that’s freaking HOT.

We had a pretty good dust storm a few days ago. It was so bad, it seemed the sun had been replaced with a soft-orange sixty watt bulb. I think I managed to work all of that dust out of my sinuses this morning, when I launched a massive wad of snot and gunk out of both nostrils while in the shower. Launched some ”Lawn Darts” if you will.

Gross I know, I just felt like sharing.

In other news, I got my first package today. I ordered some Spiced Chai from Teazonline. I just finished my first cup, which I drank with two teaspoons of sugar and no milk, and it was exceptional.

My next package should be some books on novel writing from Amazon. Fun stuff…
